The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
- A person was chased down and robbed Oct. 31 on Jericho Turnpike in Commack. According to police, an unknown person jumped out of a pickup truck and ran after a person riding their bike along the road. The alleged robber then took the bike, placed it in the truck and fled.
- A home burglary was reported Nov. 2 at 2:30 p.m. on Hayrick Lane in Commack, in which the alleged victim told police that jewelry was taken from the residence.
