Crime Report: DWI On Commack Road, Trespassing

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.


The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents:

Frank Borrerro, 62, of Commack, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated - first offense. Police said Borrero was driving a 2002 Chevy northbound on Commack Road when he failed to stay in the left-hand turn lane, obstructing oncoming traffic. Officers found he had a strong odor of alcohol on him, according to police reports. 

Daniel Stea, 24, of Commack, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree. Stea entered a building at Five Towns College after passing through security, and not having permission to be there, according to police reports. He was arrested on the North Service Road in Dix Hills.

Failure to stay in lane of travel, where have we seen that before?

I'm all for personal rights but unless you see it for yourself you have no idea exactly how badly they were swaying/weaving. and it's also no coincidence that the driver turned out to be drunk either
