Crime Report: Cops Say Man Drove While On Drugs

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Commack during Dec. 14 - 20.

Joseph Worley, 44, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Dec. 19 in Commack and charged with first offense DWI. He allegedly crashed a tan Buick into a tree on Iriquois Lane at 7:30 p.m.

Joseph Montalbano, 20, of Deer Park, was arrested Dec. 19 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Reports indicate he is accused of stealing pills from a store on Garrett Place.

Kevin Rinn, 19, of Smithtown, was arrested Dec. 15 in Commack and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs. He is accused of driving a Nissan Maxima under the influence of drugs when he was apprehended on Jericho Turnpike near the Peppertree Commons shopping center.
