Crime Report: Man Drives Drunk with Child in Car

A 43-year-old man was arrested October 16 in Commack and charged with trademark counterfeiting. Cao was observed attempting to sell counterfeit DVDs outside Costco, located at 10 Garet Place.
Anthony Giambruno, 52, of Glen Cove, was arrested October 17 in Commack and charged with DWI. According to police, Giambruno driving east on Jericho Turnpike at 12:59 a.m.

Michael Loeb, 30, of Hauppauge, was arrested October 17 in Commack and charged with DWI. Police observed Loeb driving a 2007 Nissan south on Harned Road at 12:45 a.m.
, 22, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested October 20 in Commack and charged DWI. Suri was observed speeding near the Commack Road exit of the Northern State Parkway at 10:30 p.m.

, 29, of Nesconset, was arrested October 21 in Commack and charged with aggravated DWI with a child. Weiss was driving a 2002 Ford Focus south on Commack Road at 1:16 p.m. with his 2-year-old son in the car, police said.
