Suffolk County Police Department reported the following arrests and incidents relating to Commack:
Darren Milich, 46, of Kings Park, was arrested on Sept. 2 on charges of driving while intoxicated with a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years. Police said Milich was driving westbound on Veterans Highway in a 2006 Nissan pickup truck when he failed to maintain his lane of travel. Milch was arrested on Jericho Turnpike, according to police reports.
Stephen MaCartney, 33, of Northport, was arrested Sept. 6 in Commack and charged with driving while intoxicated - first offense. MaCartney was driving a 2011 Honda Civic on Jericho Turnpike/Route 25 in Commack when he failed to maintain his lane of travel, according to police reports.
Mohammed Latif, 30, of Kendall Park, N.J., was arrested Sept. 6 in Commack and charged with driving while intoxicated - first offense. Police said Latif was driving a 2003 BMW westbound on Veterans Highway when he failed to maintain his lane of travel. Upon being pulled over, officers suspected Latif was intoxicated, according to police reports.
