Crime Report: DWI, Alcohol Sale to Minors
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Suffolk County Police Department's Second Precinct and Fourth Precinct reported the following arrests and incidents between Oct. 27 and Nov. 4.
Rona Lawes, 34, of Uniondale was arrested in Commack Nov. 3 and charged with second degree burglary. Lawes allegedly unlawfully entered a building at Gerwin Nursing and Rehab Center on Hauppauge Road on Oct. 30.
Three men were on Nov. 4 and charged with selling acohol to a minor:

- Brian Farrell, 21, of Commack
- Matthew Burger, 20, of Hauppauge
- Mary Marvin, 36, of Kings Park
Esdras Martinez, 22, of Central Islip was arrested in Commack Nov. 4 and charged with petit larceny for allegedly stealing miscellanious clothing from the on Crooked Hill Road at 2:30 p.m.
Nilo Rosado, 29, of the Bronx was arrested in Commack Nov. 4 and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Rosado was pulled over for failing to maintain a safe and proper traffic lane at 1:58 a.m. while driving eastbound on Veterans Memorial Highway.
