Antonio Rosales, 28, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested July 14 in Commack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08. Rosales was observed at 2:25 a.m. driving a 2001 Chevy on Veterans Memorial Highway.
Matthew Fischetti, 19, of Commack, was arrested July 14 on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Zvi Fadlon, 56, of Plainview, was arrested July 15 in Commack and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fadlon was observed at 2:10 p.m. driving a 2008 Toyota on Burton Lane.
Francis Cummings, 51, of Commack, was arrested July 16 in Smithtown and charged with writing a false statement.

Nicholas Otten, 18, of Commack, was arrested July 19 on Colby Drive in Dix Hills and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
