Crime Report: DWI and Petit Larceny

The updated crimes and arrests in Commack from Nov. 21 to Nov. 27 as reported by Suffolk County Police Department.

The updated arrests in Commack from Nov. 21 to Nov. 27 as reported by the Suffolk County Police Department's second and fourth precincts. 

Jacqueline Rossanda, of Holbrook, was arrested in Commack on Nov. 21 for driving while intoxicated. It was her first offense and she was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on Jericho Turnpike, west of Commack Road. 

Paul Colombos, of Tobyhanna, Penn., was arrested on Nov. 21 on County Road 14 for driving while intoxicated. It was his second offense in the past 10 years.

Mary Litchhult, of Dix Hills, was arrested on Nov. 24 for driving while intoxicated at 9:48 p.m. on Jericho Turnpike in Commack. It was her first offense. 

Thomas Gesuale, of Kings Park was arrested on Nov. 24 in the Mayfair Shopping Center at 10:32 a.m. for driving with a suspended license.

Emily Marchesano, of Northport, was arrested for an aggravated DUI, which means that her blood alcohol content was more than .18. This occurred at 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 25 at 5:30 a.m. 

Marilyn Rodriguez, of Brentwood, was arrested on Nov. 27 for petit larceny at Kohls on Crooked Hill Road for stealing perfume and miscellaneous jewelry. 

Marcine Mitchell, of Wyandanch, was arrested on Nov. 27 for petit larceny at Macy's on Veterans Memorial Highway at 7 p.m. for stealing miscellaneous clothing. 

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
