- On July 13, John Bertolas, from Commack was arrested in Commack and charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt.
- On July 14, Emily Colosi, from Mastic Beach, was arrested in Commack and charged with petit larceny.
- On July 14, Matthew Gattuso from Commack, was arrested in Commack and charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt.
- On July 14, Kyle Reiff from Kings Park, was arrested in Commack and charged with criminal possession of controlled substances.
- On July 14, Christopher Passando from Commack, was arrested in Commack and charged with possession of narcotics.
