The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents:
Stephen Ragano, 40, of Smithtown, was arrested April 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated - first offense. Police said Ragano was driving 2009 Nissan Sentra along Indian Head Road in Commack at 5 a.m, when allegedly his speeding caught officer's attention.
Jahquan Moultrie, 20, of Central Islip, was arrested April 15 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance and loitering. Police said Moultrie was driving a 1996 Honda when he was pulled over for a traffic violation on Moreland Road in Commack. Officers allegedly found evidence of suspected drug use.
Antiwan Matthews, 21, of Central Islip, was arrested April 15 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Matthews was in the vehichle with Moultrie.
