- On July 29, Robert Patelli from Commack was arrested in Commack for menacing in the third degree.
- On July 29, Tony Mandia from Commack was arrested in Commack for possession of half an ounce of narcotic drugs.
- On July 29, Philip Anthony Rodgers from Commack was arrested in Commack and charged with burglary in the third degree, illegal entry with intent to steal.
- On July 30, Irma Palma from Bayshore was arrested in Commack and charged with petit larceny.
- On July 31, Theresa Marinelli from Mastic was arrested in Commack and charged with petit larceny.
- On July 31, Cara Jacino from Huntington was arrested in Commack and charged with petit larceny.
- On Aug. 1, Medina Delmy from Huntington was arrested in Commack and charged with petit larceny.
- On Aug. 1, Sean Sutter from Smithtown was arrested in Commack and charged with a first offense driving while intoxicated.
