Crime Report: Marijuana Possession and DWI

A blotter of the latest arrests in Commack.

The Suffolk County Police Department's Second and Fourth Precincts reported these arrests in the Commack area between March 11-March 17:

Kristoffer Greenwood, 24, of Smithtown, was arrested March 10 in Commack and charged with criminal possession of Marijuana. At 1:50 p.m., Greenwood failed to stop at a stop sign. During a vehicle stop, an officer observed a bag of marijuana in plain sight.

Joseph Levesque, 19, of Commack, was arrested March 10 in Smithtown and charged with a criminal sex act.

Paul Vollers, 51, of Commack, was arrested March 14 in East Northport and charged with DWI. Vollers was driving a 2006 Ford Mustang heading east on Route 25 at 1:10 a.m. when he was observed to be speeding, driving in an erratic manner, and failing to maintain his lane of travel.

, 59, of West Babylon, was arrested March 16 and charged with multiple bank robberies dating back to July of 2010. Loughlin is believed to be responsible for robberies at an HSBC Bank in Huntington Station, an , and two robberies at the same Chase Bank in West Babylon.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must contact the Editor and provide proof of dismissal.
