Crime Report: Thefts at Commack Target and Home Depot

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Jasmine Kelly, 18, from New York, was charged on Jan.10 with third degree grand larceny, a felony, in Commack.  Police said Kelly attempted to steal merchandise from the Commack Target at 98 Veterans Memorial Highway.

Michael Vidal, 27, of Flushing, was charged on Jan. 8 with fourth degree grand larceny, a felony, in Commack. Police said Vidal was charged with stealing a foam mat and wire from the Commack Home Depot located at 65 Crooked Hill Road.

 Mark Hollingsworth, 51, of Kings Park, was charged in Commack on Jan. 6 with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Police said Hollingsworth was driving a 1995 Jeep on Main Street in Commack when he was driving while intoxicated. According to police, a 911 call was received on the driver.
