Crime Report: Prostitution And Multiple DWIs

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Thomas Ferraiole, 59, of Commack, was arrested July 2 in Hauppauge and charged with DWI. Ferraiole was observed at 7:15 p.m. driving a 2001 Chrysler minivan on Route 111.

Felicia Gdoviak, 25, of Commack, was arrested July 3 in Patchogue and charged with DWI. Gdoviak was observed at 2:21 a.m. driving a 2009 Jeep Wrangler on North Ocean Avenue.

Ronan O'Brien, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested July 5 in Commack and charged with DWI. O'Brien was observed at 1:45 a.m. driving a 2009 Ford on Jericho Turnpike.

Nicole Moynihan, 24, of Pawtucket, RI, was arrested July 6 on Austin Boulevard in Commack and charged with prostitution.

Anthony Rubino, 26, of Commack, was arrested July 5 on Austin Boulevard in Commack and charged with patronizing a prostitute.

Manfred Weissenberger, 49, of Deer Park, was arrested July 6 in Commack and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired. Accordinf to police, Weissenberger was driving a 2004 GMC on Commack Road while in possession of marijuana.

William Perez, 31, of Bayshore, was arrested July 8 in Commack and charged with DWI - previous conviction within 10 years. Perez was observed at 1 a.m. driving a 2000 Nissan on Route 25A.

Lisa Fogerty, 22, of Commack, was arrested July 10 in Patchogue and charged with DWI. Fogerty was observed at 2:03 a.m. driving a 2002 Jeep on Waverly Lane.
