Crime Report: Suspended Licenses and DWIs

A blotter of the latest arrests in Commack.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Dio Putnik, 18, of Commack, was arrested July 31 on Vanderbilt Parkway in Commack and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Daniel Brennan, 47, of Deer Park, was arrested August 1 in Commack and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Brennan was pulled over on Townline Road and found to have multiple suspensions on his license.

Nicholas Stokes, 20, of Hauppauge, was arrested August 2 in Commack and charged with criminal tresspassing. Stokes entered a residence located on Locust Lane by climbing on the roof and proceeding through an upstairs window.

Michael Sauter, 49, of Northport, was arrested August 2 in Commack and charged with DWI. Sauter was observed at 12:45 a.m.driving a 2004 Harley-Davison at the intersection of County Road 4 and Clay Pitts Road.

Cornelius Kolderman, 48, of East Northport, was arrested August 3 in Commack and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Kolderman was pulled over on Jericho Turnpike and found to have multiple suspensions on his license.

Kathleen Callaghan, 31, of Central Islip, was arrested August 4 in Commack and charged with DWI with a previous conviction. Callaghan was observed at 11:20 p.m. driving a 2009 Nissan Sentra east on the Northern State Parkway.

James Dellisanti, 19, of Commack, was arrested August 5 on East Jericho Turnpike in Commack and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
