Crime Report: Thefts At Walmart, Kohl's, Marshalls

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Rafael Cespedes, 63, of Brentwood, was arrested May 15 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Cespedes stole jewelry from the located at 45 Crooked Hill Road.

Kathleen Shkinder, 43, of East Northport, was arrested May 16 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Shkinder stole miscellaneous items, including clothes and jewelry, from the located at 85 Crooked Hill Road.

Dorothea Pousont, 45, of Commack, was arrested May 16 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Pousont stole clothing and makeup from the located at 85 Crooked Hill Road.

Debra Tuller, 51, of Commack, was arrested May 17 in Lindenhurst and charged with harassment.

Diane Pertusiello, 44, of Smithtown, was arrested May 18 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Pertusiello stole miscellaneous items from the located at 6 Henry Street.

Brian Corker, 30, of Commack, was arrested May 18 in Commack and charged with physical contact harassment.

Christopher Cipoletti, 25, of Commack, was arrested May 18 on the corner of 18th Street and Long Island Avenue in Wyandanch and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew Beck, 50, of Smithtown, was arrested May 18 in Commack and charged with DWI. Beck was observed at 11:45 p.m. driving a 1999 Ford on Veterans Memorial Highway.

Roger Rodriguez, 56, of Commack, was arrested May 20 in Commack and charged with harassment.

Frank Misti, 25, of Commack, was arrested May 20 in Selden and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Misti was observed in the driver's seat of a 2008 Volkswagen on Jericho Turnpike.
