The Suffolk County Police Department's Third and Fourth Precincts reported these arrests in the Commack area between March 4-March 10:
Michael Locrotondo, 56, of Smithtown, was arrested in Commack on March 3 and charged with criminal contempt. No further details were available.
Mia Dukes, 46, of Copiague, was arrested in Commack on March 4 and charged with petit larceny. Dukes stole food, clothing, and diapers from the located at 4 Henry Street in Commack.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
