Driver Crashes into Y JCC in Commack

No one was injured in the accident.

A driver crashed into the Suffolk Y JCC in Commack Tuesday morning, leaving a hole in the brick siding.

According to Suffolk County police, a woman was driving a Toyota Camry was she accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake and drove her vehicle straight into the occupied building at approximately 9:40 a.m.

The driver was not injured in the crash. The car careened into a hallway of the building, however, no one within the community center was hurt.
