Help Police Find Man Who Stole From E. Northport Supermarket

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man pictured above who they say stole items from an East Northport supermarket.

The man entered the Stop & Shop supermarket, located at 3126 Jericho Turnpike, and stole seven bags of frozen shrimp on Dec. 2 at approximately 8:20 a.m., police said. 

The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 25 to 30 years old and was wearing a yellow shirt, black pants and Timberland boots. He was driving a red Toyota Corolla with out of state license plates.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
