Police Seeking Centereach Target Thief

The woman stole a a Nabi children's tablet, police said.

Suffolk County police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the woman they say stole a children’s tablet from Target in Centereach in April.

Detectives say that on Monday, April 28, a woman stole a Nabi children’s tablet from the Target at 265 Pond Path. She fled in a white 4-door Saturn SUV, possibly a Vue.

The woman is described as having dark medium-length hair and a medium build. She was wearing glasses, a dark-colored sweatshirt with a “DC” logo across on the front, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
