Police Release Details, Sketch of Commack Home Burglary Suspect

Man entered a resident's home and stole stole three rings, police said.

Suffolk County police have released new details and a sketch of an alleged Commack home burglary suspect.

On Friday, Jan. 6 at approximately 10:25 a.m., a female resident answered her door to a man who pushed his way into the home, knocked her to the ground, and stole three rings she was wearing, according to police. The suspect then fled the home and left in a small grey vehicle.

An earlier police report indicates the burglary occurred on Caramel Road.

Police describe the suspect as a white male with an olive complexion, approximately 40 to 50 years old and clean shaven.

This is one incident in a in Commack. It is not clear if the break-ins are related. Several in connection to some of the burglaries.
