Tanya Deutsch is on a mission to track down a young woman she believes stole two dresses from her Commack store on Saturday.
A surveillance video caught the whole alleged theft on tape at Kiss Consignment and Deutsch is hopeful someone will recognize the woman, described as in her late teens or early 20s, who Deutsch said stole two Free People dresses around 1:20 p.m. Saturday. The suspected shoplifter was wearing shorts and a yellow T-shirt at the time of the theft.
Deutsch said employees later that afternoon found two empty hangers and two tags under the rack where the woman had been browsing. A police report has been filed and anyone with information on the theft should call the Second Precinct at 631-854-8200.
