For Sale: Historic Ranch Reduced to $295K

The price is lowered again on a Townline Road home with historical significance.

A Commack ranch offering three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms is listed for a reduced price of $295,000.

The home, located at 398 Townline Road, includes a new roof, boiler and windows, as well as a one and a half car garage. The property is within walking distance from Commack High School and Burr Intermediate.

Built in 1959, the ranch also holds historic significance. According to New York Magazine, the home was replicated and displayed in Moscow's Sokolniki Park in 1959 as the symbol for the "typical American home."
