Does anyone know how much back rent is owed to the school district?

I am wondering if the, "revised policies" concerning public meetings make it more difficult to be heard at the BOE meetings. Also, regarding the month to month rentals, when this back rent is paid, how will that money be used and/or will it alleviate the need to raise our school taxes AGAIN this year?
