Event Spotlight: Harlem MagicMasters to Dazzle Commack Middle School

The basketball teams combines athletic skill with comedy for an entertaining and eye-catching show.

The Harlem MagicMasters will bring their high-flying dunks and basketball stunts to Commack Middle School on Feb. 8.

The team, which combines comedy with acrobatic basketball tricks, will put the school's staff to the test when the Commack Crushers, a team made up of teachers, administrators and staff, attempt to school the MagicMasters.

Dollars for Scholars of Commack will host the event, which starts at 7 p.m. in the Middle School gymnasium. Tickets are $10 for students and seniors, and $12 for adults. Children younger than 3 are free. To order tickets, print and fill out the flyer in the photos section and bring it to the school's main office. Checks can be made payable to "Dollars For Scholars of Commack."

For more information, call Betty Hand at 631-858-3636 or Debbie Virga 631-858-3623.
