UPDATE: Phone Service Restored at North Ridge Primary School
Phone service has been restored at North Ridge Primary School, which was without phones for a short while Tuesday morning.
The phone service at has been restored, according to a spokesperson at Commack School District's facilities office.
An email from North Ridge Principal Katherine Rihm was distributed at approximately 9:30 a.m. Tuesday notifying parents that the school was without phones.
The service outage was likely a weather-related incident, the spokesperson said.
