School Budget Workshop Tonight

Commack School District will hold its third work session regarding the 2013-14 school budget on Thursday at 8 p.m. in the High School art gallery.

Agenda topics include undistributed costs and revenues.

The Board of Education projects a $179,482,949 million budget, which carries a 3.43 percent tax levy increase. If approved, it would result in a tax rate increase of between $325 and $335 for the average homeowner.
