The Commack South Little League 10U baseball team is the new Section 6 tournament champion.

The winning moment was a bit like dejavu as three of boys on the team including Justin Salerno, Brett Anderson and Connor Pederson, have older brothers (Jason Salerno, Jordan Anderson and Kyle Pederson), who also won District 34, Section 6, New York, and the Mid Atlantic Region at the same age. Their accomplishment is indicated on a sign posted at the fork of Jericho Turnpike and Veterans Highway.

The team is coached by Tom Salerno, Ray Anderson, Chris Foti and Mike Orlando.
