Kevin Chaves from Troop 539 Kings Park was awarded the highest Boy Scout's Eagle rank on November 30, 2011.

Kevin had learned about the Gerald J. Ryan Outreach Center food pantry that had been destroyed by fire, so he jumped in to help rebuild by constructing 616 sf of shelving space.
