Turn that plain old t-shirt into a cool tote bag. Learn how to create a tote bag using scissors, an old t-shirt & safety pins. Please bring one or two T-shirts. The Library will provide all other materials. For teens entering grades 6 -12. Register online, in person or by phone 360-2480.
