Get on those running shoes. The second Commack Ambulance 5K Run/Walk, takes place today at Sawmill Intermediate School.
The event, which started last year, is to raise money to benefit the volunteer members of the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps. All proceeds will go to benefit the membership.
The 5K will take place at Sawmill Intermediate School, located at 103 New Hwy., Commack.
