Commack Coalition of Caring Launches Logo Contest

Residents have the chance to design a logo for the anti-drug advocacy group.

The is calling on the residents of Commack to participate in designing their new logo.

The CCC, which partners with the Commack School District to educate kids on the dangers of drug use and underage drinking, is hosting a logo design contest throughout August.

Artists of all ages are encouraged to participate in the contest. The winning design will be featured on t-shirts to be worn by participants of the CCC's inaugural Red Ribbon Week 5K Run/Walk on Oct. 29.

The logo design should reflect the mission of the CCC and must include the name and date of the 5K. The contest is open only to residents within the Commack School District.

All entries must be submitted by 3 p.m. on Aug. 31.

Designs may be hand drawn or computer-designed and must be submitted on an 8 ½” x 11” piece of white paper. Include your first and last name, phone number, and email address on an index card along with your submission.
