Photo of the Day: Girl Scouts Give Food From the Heart
Local troops made food baskets to donate to Commack families in need.
The Commack Girls Scouts from Service Unit 15 created food baskets to donate to local families in need.
Other members of the community helped organize the program, called "Food From the Heart," including Commack Middle School social worker Jessica Scott, Patti Emola and the students in Club Europa, art teacher Grace Barrett, and troop leaders Diane Woltal and Cheryl Lewis.
