Coming Up: New Year's Eve Celebration, Polar Bear Plunge

New Year's Eve Party at AMF Commack Vet Lanes
The party goes from day to night on New Year's Eve at AMF Commack Vet Lanes. Party packages include food, drinks and bowling. For reservations and pricing, click here  or call 1-855-263-7278.

Polar Plunge
A polar plunge will take place New Year's Day at 3 p.m. at Sunken Meadow Park. The 12th annual plunge is organized by Pete Porcaro and Tracon to benefit the Kerry Rose Foundation. Donations will be graciously accepted. Spectators are welcome to attend.

Nature Discovery for Kids
On Monday and Tuesday, children ages 5 to 11 can enjoy hands-on activities, live animals, crafts, and more at Sweetbriar Nature Center (62 Eckernkamp Drive, Smithtown).
