This Weekend: Sinatra and Sangria; Rock 'n' Roll Party

Here's a look at what's coming up this weekend in town:

Sangria and Sinatra Sundays
Listen to the Sounds of Frank Sinatra by Tom Santoriello while enjoying house-made red, white, or peach-mango sangria for only $5 per glass at Perfecto Mundo (1141 Jericho Tpke., Commack) at the Northgate Shopping Center.

Farmers Market Sunday
The winter farmers market offers certified organic vegetables and greens including Long Island corn, heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, squash and onions, fresh fruits and juices and more. The market, located at the Suffolk Y JCC at 74 Hauppauge Road, is open every Sunday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. until Feb. 23.

Art Showcase
The Smithtown Township Arts Council will host its 2014 Winners Showcasean 
exhibition featuring the work of award-winning artists from STAC’s 2013-juried 
exhibitions, to be held Jan. 18 through Feb. 20 at The Mills Pond House Gallery in St. James. The public is invited to an opening reception this Saturday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to meet exhibiting artists and view their work. Regular Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. Call 631-862-6575 for more information. Admission to the gallery is free.

Crooked Rail Rock and Roll Party 
Crooked Rail bar (61 Larkfield Rd., East Northport) will host a rock and roll party Friday, starting at 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, a Journey tribute band will keep the music going, starting at 9 p.m.
