COMMACK

Farmers Market Sunday: The winter farmers market offers certified organic vegetables and greens including Long Island corn, heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, squash and onions, fresh fruits and juices and more. The market, located at the Suffolk Y JCC at 74 Hauppauge Road, is open every Sunday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. until Feb. 23.

SMITHTOWN

Smithtown Performing Art Center’s Youth Productions presents their performance of "Annie, Jr.," the story of the beloved red-haired orphan, through Jan. 26. Show are scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.  All tickets are $15.

Frank & Camille’s will show off Piano Marvel, an interactive teaching tool that enables students to evolve into well-trained pianists four to five times faster than traditional teaching methods. The Melville piano store will host an open house Saturday 10 am to 3 p.m.

Violinist Hye-Jin Kim and guitarist João Luiz (of the Brazil Guitar Duo) team up for a classically rooted, dance-inspired program, Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Cinema Arts Centre

Shania Twain Concert by Rob and Patty Walsh: Enjoy country music star Shania Twain’s greatest hits as performed by Rob and Patty.  You’ll be dancing in the aisles.  To register, come in, call 979-1600, or go online with your library card. Sat. 2 p.m. Hauppauge Library.

KINGS PARK
Basketball Free Throw Championship: The Kings of Columbus will host a Basketball Free Thrown Championship for boys and girls, ages 9 - 14, at Kings Park High School on Friday, 7 p.m. Compete to make the best of 15 free throws for a prize. Awards will be given out in each age bracket, both boys and girls. For more informtion call 631-269-8875.

Free Zumba Class: Get a jump start on your 2014 fitness goals with a free Zumba class offered by Kings Park Dance Studio at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
