I guarantee that right now they probably are plotting some settlement with the Carll Heirs to give them the farm back either for free or for some nominal amount of money that will short change the tax payers - after they spent millions on the farm over the past 40 years.. It's a friggin shame what the board has done and is doing. They will probably try and settle either before any new trustees get elected or wait and see who wins and/or see if Prop 2 passes. They know Mr. T will skew them for any such deal if he elected in and Mr. H will also not like any sweetheart settlement that shortchanges the community.
