"Built in the 1950s, the Solutions Professional building is closer to the street than modernRead More building code permits. Due to the variances granted, Smithtown town code requires any future changes or construction on the property - like a solar carport - be approved." Taken the above into account and the word it's not in "character" for the neighborhood the BZA came up with a solution which is the roof. Which is a solution. With this in mind Vishnia needs to learn caveat emptor "buyer beware" before investing in restricted real estate in any town!
