His family should have taken away his license and hidden the keys to the car before this occurred. Hopefully they will do it now for everyone's safety. It's a tough decision (we've been through this) but a necessary one.

It was our block vs. the other block.…Read More We'd ride down each other's block and try to avoid the water pistols, water balloons, and garden hoses. We were all friends, we all laughed, and nobody got hurt. It was a great time to be growing up. Now, it's "harassment". Very sad.
