I saw an old bum wino pushing a shopping cart in the High School parking lot last week, collectingRead More cans and bottles. At first it appeared unusual, but now on second thought its not. The lead story about a Patchogue man hitting another over the head with a glass bottle is justRead More another reason to raise the deposit charge from a nickle to a quarter. Serrano will think twice then, about using a bottle for a weapon.

I urge young and old to both protect against memory loss, Alzheimer's and Dementia. The CDC hasRead More stated that these illnesses will triple in the next 2 decades, these are expensive and debilitating illnesses. The loss of independence is very sad, researchers are showing that the beginnings of these illnesses are now believed to start in the 40's(age) This illness is preventable and reversible just google "MAL ALZHEIMER"

Also, take away his golf clubs before he hurts himself or someone else with an errant shot.

Very fortunate that they found him so quickly and safe. For his safety and the safety of others, heRead More should not be driving. His family should have taken away his license and hidden the keys to the car before this occurred. Hopefully they will do it now for everyone's safety. It's a tough decision (we've been through this) but a necessary one.

I am sure the community feels much safer knowing the district will not tolerate such discussionRead More among 10 year olds. I hope the kid gets to enjoy his time off.
pbug56 April 11, 2013 at 08:10 pm
Maybe they followed the rules, but SCPD clearly over reacted - and now they can't own up to it.

Typical BS! So the kid brings a broken air soft gun to school and is Arrested!! Good luck getting aRead More job or going to collage.... In that case a certain kings park superattendent should of got locked up for endangering the wellfare of a minor by approving a company to put a real .38 smith in a hallway as a training drill for drug sniffing dogs and then forget about it!!! Don't remember this? I do...
