Spends time promoting sleep health and making folks aware of the importance of sleep health as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.  Sleep disorders are related to cardiac issues, diabetes, driving accidents, failure to thrive in children, and a host of other problems.  If you are tired during the day, snore, or have been told you stop breathing in your sleep, please seek help.  It could be a life saving step on your part!
