Kristin Frisina was born and raised in Selden, NY moving to Coram, NY in 2009 with her husband. She graduated from Stony Brook University in 2008 with a degree in English, specializing in Contemporary Issues in Literature, she also has a degree in Journalism from Suffolk County Community College.   Kristin has previously written for The Compass and is currently writing for Patch.com.
In her free time, she loves to read and write and is also an avid photographer.
