The Commack marching band kept the beat going as thousands of residents came out to watch the Memorial Day parade along Jericho Turnpike on Monday.
The parade is a long-time tradition in Commack that brings out families, pets, firefighters, police, scouts and veterans to take part in honoring the lives of those American heroes lost in war.
