UPDATE: Missing Commack Man With Dementia Found in NYC

James Young, 77, who went missing Wednesday afternoon from his Commack home, was found uninjured in New York City, Suffolk County Police said.

Police said that the vehicle of missing Commack resident James Young, was last recorded going through the Midtown Tunnel, heading into Manhattan at 11:57 a.m.

A Commack man who suffers from dementia has gone missing, Suffolk County Police said Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, James Young, 77, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of his home at 27 Bethany Drive in Commack.

Police said he went missing in his gray 2010 Toyota Prius, plate AYR 4904, with his golf clubs.

Young is described as white, 6-feet tall with brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his location is requested to contact Fourth Squad detectives at 631-854-8452.
