A new pizzeria is coming to Commack at the Nathan's- Ralph Italian Ice eatery on Commack Road.
Lorenzo's, which has locations in Deer Park, Saint James and Hempstead, will open in July, owner Scott Rosenberg said.
The pizza shop will offer slices for $1.25 and full pies for $8.99.
Rosenberg recently added an indoor section to Nathan's so that customers can choose to sit either inside or outside. The drive-thru will also cater to customers from the pizzeria so that diners can grab a pie or slice from within their cars.
Another change for the eatery, is that it will be open year-round.
"You can come here and get dinner and dessert." Rosenberg said.
He said that he will be installing televisions on the store front, which is also getting a facelift.
"We're going to make it a cool place to be," he said, adding that he hopes it will give teens in the area somewhere fun and safe to be once school is out for summer.
