#80- Play Laser Tag And More At Lazerland

Enjoy plenty of outdoor-style games in a cooled megaplex

Amid the summer heat, Lazerland offers a chance to take a break from the scorching temperatures and still enjoy tons of activities in an indoor setting.

Located at 54 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway in Commack,  has more activities than most summer camps, including laser tag, soccer, dodgeball, kickball, Nerf hockey, and T-ball. All the fun happens in a 5,500-square-foot, multi-story facility near Suffolk Community College.

The laser tag facilities deserve a mention in their own right. Sporting the capabilities for up to 40 players at once and 10 different gaming scenarios, even knowing the field like the back of your hand won't stop each game from being unlike any before it. Throw in fog machines and lighting effects and it'll feel like you're battling on Mars in the year 2532. Open play and leagues are offered.

If you're more a lover than a fighter, and especially love kicking and throwing rubber balls, Lazerland hosts kickball and dodgeball games on Friday and Saturday nights, either per game or on an unlimited timed basis. And every player gets a free game of laser tag.

Those interested in a league-based dodgeball play, the Lazerland website hints that's coming soon.

Lazerland's massive footprint means parties are no problem, both for a squadron of kids or rival departments from a corporation.

If the outdoors are getting a little too hot and the idea of sitting inside sounds boring to you, Lazerland will provide the perfect way to have fun and stay cool.
