Crime Report: Harassment, Phone Theft and Multiple DWIs

Theft at Wal-Mart and DWIs on Jericho Turnpike round out this week's arrests.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Frank Pirnat, 42, of Commack, was arrested April 22 in West Babylon and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property. Pirnat knocked over a metal cabinet that held electronics.

David Gilpin, 26, of Commack, was arrested April 22 in Huntington Station and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Shane Pfulger, 19, of Northport, was arrested April 22 in Commack and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Anthony Bouchedid, 20, of Smithtown, was arrested April 23 in Commack and charged with petit larceny. Bouchedid stole a phone from the located at 85 Crooked Hill Road.

Andrew O'Donohue, 25, of Selden, was arrested April 24 in Commack and charged with DWI. O'Donohue was driving a 1994 Jeep at 4:40 a.m. on Jericho Turnpike.

Michael Cardone, 32, of Commack, was arrested April 26 in Huntington Station and charged with aggravated harassment. Cardone made several harassing phone calls to an unidentified victim.

Raymond Frascino, 37, of Commack, was arrested April 26 in Medford and charged with loitering and unlawful use of a controlled substance.

Joseph Rossano, 60, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested April 29 in Commack and charged with DWI. Rossano was driving a 1995 Ford on Jericho Turnpike in Commack.
